Our Story
I founded BZ Asset Holding over 14 years ago to manage my rental properties — and today, I’m using that experience to help Altadena homeowners rebuild stronger after the fires.
My professional background is in finance, but my passion has always been real estate. Over the years, I’ve purchased, designed, and built multiple single-family and multifamily properties — guiding each project from concept to completion.
When the fires destroyed two of my own properties in Altadena, I had to navigate the city’s planning, building, and permitting systems firsthand. I know how confusing and overwhelming the process can be — and that’s exactly why I started this service: to help others rebuild with confidence and clarity.

Altadena inspires the love of nature I crave. I’m drawn to this community for its unique blend of artists, equestrians, and nature lovers. The mountain views, oak trees, and sense of neighborly support make this one of the most special places in California. My goal is to help our community rebuild and preserve the beauty and the character of Altadena for generations to come.
